Miles Fortenberry focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, companies, and investors in corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle, LLP, Miles practiced as a corporate, M&A and securities attorney in the Houston and Austin offices of Vinson & Elkins LLP. Miles graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School where he served as Articles Editor for Tulane Law Review. He graduated with honors from University of New Orleans with a B.A. in Jazz Studies.

Prior to attending law school, Miles worked as a guitarist and bandleader in New Orleans.
