Earl Henderson focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, companies, and investors in corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle, LLP, Earl practiced as a corporate, securities, and investment management attorney in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Earl earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. He graduated summa cum laude from Lipscomb University with a B.B.A. in Information Technology Management.
