Amanda counsels and represents employers in a variety of employment issues, including employee classification, wage and hour compliance, anti-discrimination and leave entitlement, and restrictive covenant matters. Amanda has considerable experience in crafting compliant employment practices that match each employer’s needs, and litigating employment disputes. Amanda has represented employers of all sizes in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Amanda practiced employment law in the Chicago and Houston offices of Littler Mendelson, P.C., where she specialized in wage and hour class and collective actions, employment discrimination litigation, and employee classification and payroll practices audits.

Amanda received her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.  She graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish.
