Leslie advises employers on practical solutions to both common and complex employee issues. She offers guidance on human resources issues such as employment and contractor agreements, non-competes, personnel policies, discipline/discharge decisions, severance agreements, and leave and accommodation concerns. She also assists with workplace investigations and litigation prevention strategies.

Leslie has experience litigating employment disputes in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including claims related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and family and medical leave.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Leslie practiced employment law in the Dallas and Austin offices of Husch Blackwell LLP.

Leslie received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was a member of the SMU Law Review and graduated cum laude, and her undergraduate degree from LSU.

Leslie was named a Top Labor & Employment Attorney by Austin Monthly.

When Leslie’s not in the office, you might find her offshore fishing, learning how to sail on Lake Travis with her husband, or chasing around her two kiddos at their home in Dripping Springs.
