Elizabeth Peterson represents entrepreneurs, companies, private equity firms and venture capital firms in debt and equity financings, acquisitions and sales, corporate formations, general corporate and securities matters, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Elizabeth practiced for three years as a corporate and securities attorney with the Houston, Texas office of Jones Day.

Elizabeth graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law where she was a member of the Texas Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation. Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree in economics cum laude from Harvard and was selected to join Phi Beta Kappa.
