Will Hong focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, companies, and investors in corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Will practiced as a corporate attorney in the Palo Alto office of Cooley LLP and the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Will received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management. Will graduated with High Honors from Yonsei University with a B.S. in Computer Science and Industrial Systems Engineering. Prior to law school, Will worked in the corporate strategy and M&A teams of a multi-national corporation and as a management consultant.
