Katherine Medler focuses her practice on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth
companies and investors across industry sectors. She advises on a range of corporate
matters, including corporate formations, debt and equity financings, corporate
governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Katherine practiced as a M&A attorney in the
Austin office of Latham Watkins LLP and the Houston office of Hogan Lovells US LLP.
Katherine graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School and received her degree in
government from Harvard University.
