Chelsie Gonzales focuses her practice on representing entrepreneurs, companies, and investors in corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Chelsie practiced as a corporate and securities attorney in the Houston offices of Baker Botts LLP and Sidley Austin LLP.  She earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance.
