Elise Unger's practice focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and investors. She counsels companies on a range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formations, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Elise earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2024 and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2020. She is interested in the dynamics between businesses and individuals and passionate about providing accessible legal knowledge to all. Outside of work, Elise coaches the UT Law Negotiation Mock Trial team.
