Shereen Rabie focuses her practice on representing entrepreneurs, companies, venture capital firms and private investors in the intellectual property, licensing & commercial contracts and corporate & securities practices of the firm. Her intellectual property, licensing & commercial contracts practice includes reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology contracts, counseling clients on web presence management, open source compliance and IT and cybersecurity matters, and advising on strategy with respect to the structuring of various intellectual property matters.  Shereen’s practice spans a number of industries, including cloud services, consumer packaged goods, professional services, on-premises technology, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, financial technology, and web3 and cryptocurrency. Shereen also provides specialist support with respect to the intellectual property and material contracts aspects of venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions of the firm’s clientele.  

Shereen’s corporate & securities practice includes debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Shereen practiced in the Venture Capital and Emerging Technologies group at the Austin office of Egan Nelson LLP. Shereen earned her J.D. from the University of California - Los Angeles School of Law, where she specialized in Business Law and Policy. She received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in Plan II Honors and Rhetoric and Writing.
