Marcie has over 25 years of experience working as a corporate paralegal, assisting attorneys and clients with venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Marcie spent time as an in-house paralegal at Bazaarvoice, Inc. and as a corporate paralegal at the Austin offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC and Gunderson Dettmer, as well as the Dallas offices of Hughes & Luce, LLP and Patton Boggs, LLP. Marcie attended the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and holds a paralegal certificate.
