Aysha counsels employers on a broad range of employment matters such as employment contracts, employee and contractor classification, wage and hour matters, employment policies, terminations, and employee disputes.  In the merger and acquisition context, Aysha has considerable experience evaluating and minimizing employment-related risks, and assisting with employee transitioning and restructuring.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Aysha practiced employment law in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C.

Aysha received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.  She graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in statistics.  Prior to law school, Aysha worked for two years as an economic consultant advising clients on a range of issues including securities and investment matters, intellectual property, and business torts.
