Mariana has more than 10 years of experience assisting corporate legal projects. Prior to joining to Kastner Gravelle, she was an associate at Jones Day Mexico and foreign associate at Jones Day Houston for their energy practice where she had the opportunity to participate in mergers and acquisitions, project finance and a broad of different agreements. She obtained a Bachelors degree in Law from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and an LLM degree on Environmental and Energy Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
