Hunter Hampton’s practice focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and investors.  He counsels companies on a range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Hunter practiced as an M&A attorney in the Houston office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Hunter graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and the President of the Student Legal Forum. He graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University.
