Alan Albrecht’s practice is focused on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, investors, and venture capital and private equity funds on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing transactions.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Alan was a corporate associate in the Austin office of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he focused on representing investors and emerging growth companies in venture capital transactions.

Alan received his J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law. He also received a B.A. in Plan II and a B.B.A. in Business Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
