As a member of Kastner Gravelle LLP’s technology and commercial transactions group, Jen focuses her practice on advising emerging and established companies and entreprenuers on their technology, commercial, and intellectual property needs.  

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Jen worked in-house in the transportation infrastructure and technology field, where she specialized in established and emerging infrastructure technology, data privacy, and commercial transactions for a highly regulated industry. Jen received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of Production for the Texas International Law Journal. She also received an M.A. in English Literature, where she wrote her thesis on oral contracts in German fairy tales, and a B.A. in German Studies and English Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
